My Second Week!

I have been here at R.H.A. for two weeks now! Can you beleive it?? Anyway, here is the most exciting thing that happened to me this week.  I was walking down the halls.  

I had to get my book from my locker, so I put opened it really fast and ran to class...I was almost late!

When I was walking back, Jessica, my friend who is in my class, whispered in my ear, "I hear that you have a surprise waiting for you in class!"

What could it be? Was it from Mom?  I couldn't wait to get into my classroom!!  I opened the door real slow.....

Whe I stepped in, there was Kirsten, one of my BFFs from home!!  "Kirsten!!" I yelled.

I gave her a BIG hug.  We were so glad to see eachother. 

Then My teacher walked in.  She told everybody to sit down, and smiled at me.  I had been given the "star student" sticker.  That is when a kid get a sticker to put on his or her chair the next day.  It says, star student at work!" 

I had my flash cards and book ready! 

On break, I took some pictures to show you things in my classroom.  This is the picture background.  We are using it today!!

Okay, you are all probably wondering why this post is on Just Julie.  Well, It is Elliebob speaking!  Haha!.  Anyway,  I will explain these random facts.  First, I really do love mud.  I love to make mus pies, mud cakes, mud cookies, mud soup, I just play with it.  Sometimes I even smear it all over my legs and feet.  It makes them smoother!  :)  Yes, as you probably guessed, my name starts with an E.  You have guessed my name too haven't you?? :)  Third, when I sneeze I do try to keep my eyes open.  I saw this episode of Mythbusters and now I try to bust that myth too.....even thought it has already been busted!  Number four.  I do puppets for my VBS every june.  June 20-30 I get up every morning (early) and do puppets up on the stage in front of about 500 kids, plus I stay the whole day being a counselor for 1st graders.  Of course they can't see me, but they can see my puppet!  Yup, I have golden hair.  I used to have very blonde hair, but since I have grown, my hair darkened into a light gold color.  Still blondish, but not the same.  :(   Three siblings including two great parents!!  Two brothers and a sis, which you can see by my other blog, http://www.itisadollworldandmore.blogspot.com/!  Finally, I have no idea what I am doing.  I know how to use computers very well.  Pretty much better than all my friends, except Spicemuffin.  I really am learning the art of blogging.  Heehee!  Thanks!

My Day At R.H.A.!

After I wake up, get dressed, brush my teeth, comb my hair, go to my first two classes, we get a little free time.  Sometimes I spend it playing dolls with Ivy, but latley I have been heading down to the library.  It is down stairs. I play games on my laptop, check on homework, check out books, give books back, and study.  It is a great use of time!  :)

Here I am again in the library.

Call of the Wild is one of my favorite books.  I check it out all the time!  Sometimes I don't even check it out.  I find a good hiding spot to put it, and look at it the next day.  It just adds a little more spice to the library.  Haha!

Then, I go down the hall to the cafeteria.  I buy a lunch everyday.  What else am I supposed to do? I don't have a mom to make it for me here.....-sigh-.  I wish I did.  Mom's food is MUCH better that plastic wrapped cafeteria food.   But today was a pleasent change.  I ordered a cutie (that is a tangerine), potato chips, and a slice of cheese!  Not much, I know, but the only other choices were meat loaf (Yuck!)  Green beans and macaroni (Ick!), and Liver with a side of applesauce ( Weird!).  Not very good mixtures.  Green beans and mac and cheese??  Liver and Applesauce??  GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!  :)  But today was good.......really good.  Heehee.  :)

here is all that was left after I got my plate.  I was a fast eater!  I am still hungry.  Maybe I will try to go downstairs and get a snack!  Ivy wasn't here that day.  She was visiting back home.  See you soon Ivy!! Miss ya!!

What's Up!

I am having a great time here in Rose Hollow.  I have gotten a lot of homework, but Ivy is here to help!  It is a new and exciting experience!  I just hope that my sisters and friends aren't missing me too much at home.  They have sent me an e-mail and so did my mom!  Here they are:

Dear Julie, We all miss you back at home.  Are you having loads of adventures with Ivy? We will come to visit soon.  Every time Ivy comes home will you come with her? I hope so.

Julie, Hey babe!  Are you having the time of your life?  I hope that the next visit will be soon.  Are you settled in?  What are your teachers like? Can you do the work?  Anything you need, just call.  Remember, if it is too hard for you, we are able to take you home for a while.  I love you....

Me and Mom!

I'm Here! R.H.A.!!!!

I climbed on the train to Rose Hollow.  I felt free!  For the first time, I was on my own.  It was still a little scary to think about it, but I knew Ivy would be there.  I looked out the window the whole time, wondering if I would get good grades.... :) 

When the train came to Rose Hollow and came to a stop, I jumped out!  I was finally here! When I came to the school, I slowed down.  Was this a BIG mistake? Would I fail here? Would the teachers like me? I thought many other doubtful thoughts until I came to the two big double doors.  I slowly walked in. 

The entry hall was cool, but had a sense of home.  It was spit-spot clean!  At least I wouldn't have to clean the house!  I started looking for the front desk Ivy talks about. 

There it was!  I bounced into the chair and said, "Ahem!"  That got the lady's attention.  "Oh, hello there!  You must be Julie Albright.  Everyone has been very excited for your coming!  I am Anna.  Just come down anytime you need something.  You room is up the stairs.  The door will be open, you can't miss it.  Thank you, Julie, and welcome!"  Anna said.  I was excited to see Ivy. I hoped that she was close to my room. 

I found my room okay.  It was nice, my furniture had already been moved in.  My piano, bed, table, tea set, ect.  I was surprized to turn around and see a bucket full of stuffed animals!  They all had cards with them.  They were from Ivy, Tiffany, Joy, and others.  I was glad I already would have friends here.  :)

After dinner, I went back to my room.  I had seen Ivy and the others. I was bushed!  This is a groovy place, but I am so tired after every day!!

Getting Ready For Rose Hollow Academy

Last month I decided to enter into Rose Hollow Academy for the remainder of the school year.  The day came to pack. 

In my bags I packed some change,

a toothbrush,

a book for the ride,

my coat,

my PJs and some other outfits,

extra shoes,

my doll to keep me company when Ivy isn't there.

My hairbrush, and some other knick knacks.

I said goodbye to all my toys and keepsakes.  I knew I would be back soon. 

Me and My sisters all gathered in the living room.
